Bedah Rumah (literally “house surgery”) connects generous people with low-income Indonesian families living in homes that aren't safe. A sound roof, solid walls and a clean toilet change everything else for a family: health, schooling, dignity.

For every home, volunteers visit and verify the family's need, we cost the repairs, raise exactly that amount, and local builders do the work. Then we publish every cost alongside before-and-after photos.
