Terms of giving

By giving through bedahrumah.org you agree to these terms. Donations are collected by Yayasan Bedah Rumah Indonesia, a foundation registered in Indonesia, under public fundraising permit (PUB) no. 123/HUK-PS/2026 (contoh) from the Ministry of Social Affairs, in line with Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation 8/2021.

1. Your gift

• The minimum gift is Rp10,000. All amounts are in Indonesian rupiah.
• Once a payment has cleared it can't be refunded, unless there was a transaction error you can show us.
• Every completed gift gets a numbered electronic receipt.

2. How your money is used

• Your gift goes to the campaign you chose: materials, builders' wages, transport and anything else the build needs.
• No more than 10% of what's raised goes to running costs, the limit set by law.
• If a campaign raises more than the home needs, the surplus goes to another home in the same programme and is reported publicly.

3. Reporting

• Every payment and cost is published on the campaign page and on Where the money goes.
• We report on our fundraising to the Ministry of Social Affairs, and campaigns over Rp500 million are audited by a public accountant.

4. Reporting a problem

If something looks wrong or suspicious, use the Report button on the campaign page. We review every report.
