We handle your personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 27/2022).
What we collect
- The name, email and WhatsApp number you give us when you donate, sign in or sign up to volunteer.
- The details of each gift: amount, payment method, time, and any message or prayer you write.
Why
- To process your gift, send your receipt, and tell you how the home you helped is coming along.
- To prepare the reports Indonesian law requires of us. These never show your email or phone number.
What's public
Only your name (or "Hamba Allah", meaning a servant of God, if you give anonymously), the amount, and your message. Your email and phone number are never shown.
Your rights
- Stop update emails at any time using the link in every email.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by emailing halo@bedahrumah.org. We keep transaction records for as long as financial reporting rules require.
